What this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
This policy describes how Keepflows handles personal information submitted through keepflows.com. It does not cover information processed on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
When you submit the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name and email address, and — where you choose to provide them — your company, phone number, website or application address, the technologies you use, your budget indication, urgency and your message.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which typically include IP address, request time, requested page and user agent. We use the IP address associated with a contact form submission for a short period to rate limit the form and reduce spam.
This website loads no analytics or advertising scripts unless an analytics provider has been configured by us. Where one is configured, we choose privacy-respecting, cookie-free measurement where practical. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and are deleted when no longer needed. Rate-limiting records are short-lived and are not retained.
We use third parties to host this website and to deliver contact form submissions to us — for example an email delivery service or an internal workflow tool. These providers process the information only to provide their service to us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.

This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated server-side, and we limit who can access enquiry data internally. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
