You built it. We keep it running better.
Keepflows maintains, optimizes, secures and improves websites, applications and digital products — so your team can get back to running the business.
We work on systems built by other people — no rebuild required, and no judgement about how it was made.
Why we exist
It needs someone who can read what is already there, find what is actually wrong, fix it, and keep it healthy. That is the entire job we do.
Uptime, monitoring, backups and fast repair when something breaks.
Measured optimization of load times, queries, APIs and infrastructure cost.
Dependency updates, access review, TLS and tested recovery. No absolutes.
Steady refinement and modernization instead of a periodic rebuild.
Services
Eight service areas, all of them applied to software that already exists. Start with one, or hand us the whole thing.
We maintain what you already have
You do not need to migrate, rewrite or standardise anything before working with us. We start from your existing stack, your existing hosting and your existing code.
Marketing sites, CMS-driven sites and custom builds.
Internal tools, portals and customer-facing apps.
iOS, Android and cross-platform applications.
Live products with paying users and release cycles.
Public and internal APIs, integrations and webhooks.
Services, queues, jobs and business logic.
Schema, queries, migrations, indexes and backups.
Hosting, deployments, scaling and monitoring.
Older systems that still run the business.
Storefronts, checkout, payments and catalogues.
Admin panels, dashboards and back-office tools.
Sound familiar?
Most of the work we take on starts with one of these. If you recognise more than one, it is usually a sign that maintenance has been deferred rather than that anything is fundamentally broken.
Bugs and unexpected errors are affecting customers, and fixes keep slipping down the list.
Load times and sluggish screens are costing you conversions, retention and patience.
Frameworks, dependencies, SDKs and platforms all need regular updates. The backlog only grows.
Your internal team should be building the product, not absorbing every maintenance ticket.
The application works, but the people who built it are gone and every change feels risky.
Vulnerable dependencies, access control, certificates and backups all need periodic review.
How it works
No discovery phase that bills for months. We look at the system, tell you what we found, and get to work on what matters most.
Share your website, application, technology stack and the problems you are dealing with. No prepared brief needed — a description of what hurts is enough to start.
We review the system and come back with what we found: the issues, the risks, the quick wins and the work that can wait. In plain language, in writing.
We agree on priorities, then implement the fixes, upgrades and optimizations. You see what changed and why it mattered.
For ongoing customers we monitor, maintain, update and keep improving the system, so the next problem is one we spot rather than one you report.
Technologies
Our team works across a wide range of technologies. If yours is not listed, it is still worth asking — tell us what you are running and we will say plainly whether it is a good fit for us.
Who we work with
Different situations, same underlying need: someone dependable to look after software that is already carrying real work.
“We already have a product, but we need someone to maintain it.”
Your team should be building the next thing, not firefighting the last one. We keep the shipped product stable, monitored and current so your engineers stay on the roadmap.
“We have a website and an application, but no technical team.”
You get a technical team without the hiring, the payroll or the management overhead. One place to send problems, and someone who already knows your setup.
“We need a reliable technical partner to maintain applications for our clients.”
We can work behind your brand as the maintenance arm of your agency, so you can offer retainers without staffing for them and without saying no to support requests.
“Our product is live and needs continuous maintenance and optimization.”
Live products accumulate defects, dependency drift, slow queries and cost. We handle that continuous layer so your team can keep shipping features.
“Our software works, but it is becoming difficult and expensive to maintain.”
We assess what you have, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and modernize in stages while the system stays in production.
“Our developers are busy building features. We need someone to handle maintenance.”
We work alongside your engineers, not instead of them. We take the maintenance queue, follow your conventions, and stay out of the way of your roadmap.
Ways to work with us
We do not publish package pricing, because a fixed price for an unseen system is a guess. We scope against your actual application and tell you what the work involves before it starts.
For occasional technical problems that need a competent pair of hands.
Best when: Something specific is broken, slow, or overdue.
For businesses that need continuous technical care rather than occasional rescue.
Best when: The system is important and needs someone watching it.
For companies that want a long-term technology partner embedded in how they work.
Best when: You need capacity, continuity and technical direction.
Plans can be customized. If none of these describe your situation, tell us what you need and we will propose something that fits.
Why Keepflows
The difference shows up in what we recommend. An agency paid to build proposes building. We are paid to keep things working, so we propose the smallest change that fixes the problem.
Our first instinct is not to rebuild. It is to understand your system, find what is actually wrong, and fix that. Rebuilds are a last resort, recommended only when the numbers genuinely support one.
Most agencies treat maintenance as the leftover work after a launch. It is the work we chose. Keeping existing systems healthy is the whole discipline, not an afterthought.
We prioritize by impact: what is costing you customers, revenue, time or risk. Technical elegance is not the goal. A system that reliably does its job is.
We aim to become a dependable extension of your team — someone who already knows your system when you need them, rather than a new contractor learning it from scratch.
We explain problems in language you can act on, tell you what we changed, and tell you when something is not worth doing. Including when the answer is that you do not need us.
Monitoring, updates and periodic review cost far less than an outage, a data loss or an emergency rebuild. Proactive maintenance is the cheapest work we do.
Keepflows is a new company, so you will not find client logos or testimonials here yet. We would rather show you nothing than show you something invented. Here is what we commit to from the first conversation.
Written findings after an assessment, in language you can circulate internally — including the parts that are fine.
You see what changed, why it changed and what it cost. No unexplained hours.
If the work will not pay for itself, or you do not need us, we say so. That is worth more than the invoice.
FAQ
If your question is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer properly than make you guess.
Yes. Most of the systems we work on were built by someone else. We start by understanding the existing code, stack and hosting, then tell you what we found before recommending any maintenance or improvement work.
For most work, yes. What we need varies by task, though: a hosting or CMS issue may need nothing more than admin access, while a code-level fix needs the repository. We tell you exactly what access is required before we start, and we ask for the minimum that lets us do the job.
Yes. That is the core of the service. We are set up to read unfamiliar systems, work out how they behave, and make careful changes without a full rewrite.
Usually, yes — but we start with a performance assessment rather than assumptions. We measure where time is actually spent, identify the real bottlenecks, then optimize those. Guessing at performance work tends to waste money without moving the numbers.
Yes. Our ongoing maintenance model covers regular updates, monitoring, bug fixing, security review and performance work on a continuing basis. Scope is agreed against your actual system rather than a fixed package.
Yes, and it is a common arrangement. We follow your conventions, your review process and your release cadence, and we take the maintenance work so your team can stay on new development.
Often, yes. Where it is technically appropriate, modernization can be done incrementally: upgrade dependencies, replace parts, improve the architecture in stages while the system stays in production. If a rebuild genuinely is the better option for you, we will say so rather than sell you a longer project.
We look at what you have — the application, its stack, its hosting and the problems you have described — and come back with what we found, what we would prioritize and what it would take. You get that in writing, in language you can share internally.
Send us your website or application and the problems you are seeing. We will review it and come back with an initial assessment. We reply to every request personally, usually within one business day.
